Tell us the exact laptop and game
Email us the exact refurbished model, the game you want to play, and what is getting in the way. That could be integrated graphics, a tiny 45Wh battery, thermal throttling, or a cheap RAM or SSD upgrade you are debating.
Include the model name, CPU, RAM, storage, and any photos or error messages if you have them.

Quick answers for email
Send the exact laptop model, the game you want to play, and what problem you hit. If you know the CPU, RAM, storage, battery wear, or screen type, add that too. A photo of the listing or system screen helps.
proof method
How every guide gets made
Every message gets checked for the exact laptop model, the game, and the problem you hit. Then we decide if it belongs in a model page, an upgrade guide, a buying guide, or a fix note.
Sort the inbox first
We tag requests by exact model, like a ThinkPad T480 or Latitude 5490, and note the game, battery issues, thermal throttling, or scam risk.
Match it to a hub
If it is about playability, it goes to Game tests by exact refurbished laptop model. If it is about parts or wear, it goes to upgrades, battery life, and old laptop fixes.
Test the machine, not the label
We check the real laptop, then record resolution, graphics settings, and a frame rate band. We also note if integrated graphics or DirectX 11 is the blocker.
Say if an upgrade is worth it
We only recommend a cheap RAM or SSD swap when it changes gaming use, load times, stutter, or heat. If it does not help enough, we say so.
Publish or update the page
If the guide is missing, we write it. If the model already has a page, we add the new game result or fix note and mark it as reviewed.
